Therapy for Sex, Intimacy, and Relationships

At SpeakEasy, we understand that issues around intimacy, sexuality, and relationships can feel overwhelming—and sometimes isolating. Whether you're facing challenges in communication, navigating desire differences, dealing with sexual difficulties, or exploring your identity, therapy can offer a safe space to reflect and grow.

I’m a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist offering confidential online therapy for individuals and couples across the UK. My role is to support you in exploring the things that matter most to you—with care, curiosity, and without judgment.

What I Can Help With

Therapy may be helpful if you're struggling with:

  • Sexual concerns like vaginismus, erectile issues, or orgasm difficulties

  • Confidence, shame, or performance anxiety

  • LGBTQ+ identity, gender exploration, or orientation questions

  • Communication problems, emotional disconnection, or rebuilding trust

  • Trauma, life transitions, or grief affecting intimacy

Everyone’s story is different. Whether you’re in crisis or simply curious about change, you’re welcome here.

My Approach

I work integratively, tailoring therapy to your unique needs and personality. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic methods, we’ll explore what’s going on beneath the surface, uncover patterns that may be holding you back, and take practical steps toward meaningful change.

Our work will be collaborative and paced to suit you. I aim to create a space that is warm, supportive, and gently challenging when needed—so you can build deeper self-awareness, confidence, and connection.

Getting Started

I offer all sessions online, making therapy accessible wherever you are in the UK. If you'd like to begin, I invite you to get in touch for a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit.

You don’t have to figure this out alone. Let’s start the conversation.
